Intel is using Shockwave!

  1. Shockwave plug-in for Netscape Navigator 2.0 released this year
  2. Intel are using it to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Microprocessor
The Intel home page from 1995, showcasing an interactive celebration of the the 25th anniversary of the microprocessor. It uses image maps to provide clickable areas on the page to navigate to an HTML version of the page, a shockwave version, and also to find out some information about shockwave.
